MY WHY
I was an athlete whose career ended unexpectedly.
What I wasn’t prepared for wasn’t the physical loss — it was the identity loss.
That experience led me to pursue advanced training in mindset development so young athletes would never have to build resilience the hard way.
Now I help them build it the right way — early, intentionally, and permanently.
HOW SESSIONS WORK
All sessions are conducted privately via Zoom.
No travel. No waiting rooms. No disruption to your athlete’s schedule.
Each session lasts approximately 60–90 minutes and is structured, focused, and outcome-driven.
Athletes can join from home, between practices, or anywhere with a quiet space and internet connection.
